Astromade Studio

Astromade Studio was a small marketplace of minimalist Astro themes. Each theme shipped WCAG 2.1 AA, loaded fast, and used restrained typography over visual noise. The project is now retired and the themes are no longer sold.

What it was

Astromade Studio was an Astro theme marketplace. Most Astro themes are either generic templates with too many options or over-styled showcases that fight the content. Astromade themes did less on purpose. They gave writers, designers, and small brands a quiet container that shipped accessible and fast out of the box.

How it worked

Each theme was a separate sibling repo with its own demo subdomain. You bought a theme, got the source, and deployed it. Themes shared design discipline (Suisse Int’l, restrained colour, real type scale) but each one targeted a different shape, gallery-first portfolios, evidence-led case studies, editorial SaaS landing pages, and so on.

Why it is retired

The marketplace ran for a while but did not find its audience. The project is closed and the themes are no longer for sale. This page stays up as a record of the work.
